We do not offer returns or exchanges, as we ensure that the saree you receive is exactly the same as seen in our videos. We do not edit our videos, so there will be no color changes, and each saree is thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure there are no damages.
However, in special cases, if you provide an unboxing video without cuts, recorded immediately upon receiving the saree, and a prominent damage is visible, we will consider returns or exchanges.
- First Wash: You may first dry clean it, but make sure to inform the cleaner not to starch it—not just for this saree, but for any saree, as starching will make it stiff and reduce its softness.
- Regular Wash: Wash separately in a bucket of water with a gentle shampoo and dry in the shade.
